Made by hand, Denver

Every rug starts as a drawing, gets punched into cloth with a tufting gun, then shaved down until the lines come back.

  1. Draw

The design gets drawn out first, full size. If it does not read at arm's length it will not read on a floor.

  2. Punch

Yarn goes through the backing cloth one row at a time. This is the slow part.

  3. Shave

The pile comes down until the edges are sharp again, then it gets glued, backed, and trimmed.
